Job Description

Lead overall sales and operational activities to achieve business growth and profitability.
Take ownership of revenue generation (top-line) and profitability (bottom-line) targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, institutional clients, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage government projects, subsidy programs, and agricultural development initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Ensure efficient inventory planning and operational coordination with internal teams.
Prepare business reports, sales analyses, and operational performance updates for management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations team to achieve performance targets.
