How Shabda works

Every reader gets the same word on the same day, and it changes at midnight Nepal time (UTC+05:45). Answers are Nepal words written in English letters: food, festivals, places, peoples and the words you meet on a trek. Some Nepali words have more than one common spelling, so every answer comes with a short note explaining it. Any five letters count as a guess.
